As our graduates venture out of our care and into the world it’s important to help them be prepared for the unexpected. Our Adulting 101 legal packages will provide your graduate with all of the important legal documents they should need. You can choose from the Basic package or the Premium package.

Basic Adulting 101 Legal Package: $225

• Medical Power of Attorney
• HIPAA Release
• Statutory Power of Attorney

Premium Adulting 101 Legal Package: $495

• Medical Power of Attorney
• HIPAA Release
• Statutory Power of Attorney
• Simple Will

 

How to gift this package to your graduate.

1. Email The Gerdes & Roberts Law Firm at info@gerdesandroberts.com
   • Mention Adulting 101 in the subject line.
   • In the body of the email provide us with:
     1. The full legal name of the person gifting this package.
     2. The graduates full legal name.
     3. The email address of the graduate.
     4. Indicate if you want the Basic Adulting 101 package or the Premium Adulting 101 package.
2. We will send a Legal Services Agreement to the gift giver’s email address for e-signature. An invoice will be sent in a separate email.
3. Once the Legal Services Agreement is signed and the invoice is paid we will email a link to our intake forms to both the graduate and the gift giver.
4. The graduate will submit all intake information and will select a signing date.
5. We will draft legal documents.
6. The graduate will come to our office located at 1635 Foxtrail Drive, Loveland, CO 80538 during their selected signing time. Our office will provide a notary and witness. Your graduate will leave with their executed legal documents!
